HOW IS THE BROTH SOLD?

Our broth is sold in spout pouches. One pouch contains 200ml (one serving) of broth.

HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?

You can let us know by Monday. Every Monday, we send a WhatsApp message to remind you about the upcoming batch. 

WHEN IS THE BROTH DELIVERED?

Our broths are ready for delivery by 11 am on Wednesday. 

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY BROTHS WHEN THEY ARRIVE?

Our broths are delivered in individual, single-use pouches at ambient temperature. As soon as the broth is received, store it in the freezer. 

HOW LONG WILL THE BROTH KEEP?

Our broths keep well in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and in the freezer for up to 5 weeks.

HOW DO I REHEAT THE BROTH?

Thaw the broth in the refrigerator or a bowl of room-temperature water. When thawed, open the pouch, pour broth into a pan/cup, and heat on the stove/microwave until hot. Sip warm.

WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE?

One serving of 200ml contains 15 grams of collagen-rich protein, sufficient to meet your daily collagen needs.

WHY ISN’T THE BROTH GELLING?

A gel-like consistency does not guarantee a collagen-rich broth. Our focus - obtaining 15 grams of collagen-rich protein per cup.

WHAT IS UNIQUE ABOUT YOUR BROTH?

Our broth is made in small batch sizes from scratch, without tastemakers, preservatives, or shortcuts.
